I didn’t expect to get a c-section either, but Leah wouldn’t drop so they
had to do it. Your so lucky they kept you 5 days. They discharged me after
two days. I did really good, but I was exhausted. Your doing so great
friend and Liam is so adorable!

I wanna ask you someting before i watch the video, how did you feel when

April, about your incision. I would bring it up to your doctor when you’re
there anyway for something else or so. Sounds worth it to be reassured
    about it!

My first daughter was an emergency c-section and it was painful
My second pregnancy I had more complications than the first had another
c-section and couldn’t take any pain medications I had an allergic reaction
to the medication they gave me so I had to heal with nothing and this one
was even more painful than the first

I remember the days I would watch you and your husband talking about future
plans including a baby which honestly made me so excited because you two
are a true example of a loving, supportive relationship, and I knew you’d
make a beautiful family one day. Even before you became a mother I knew
you’d be phenomenal because your just so optimistic, loving, funny &
everything amazing. I truly do admire you April and I am so happy for you &
Justin…Baby Liam is such a beautiful baby boy that has two of the best
parents. I’m still a teenager but I enjoy all your beauty videos & vlogs/
information videos, because it makes me look forward to the future of
having a loving relationship and building a family, your a great role model
& I will forever be a subbie of yours! :)

Hey April! I have a question for you or anyone else who reads this…did
the birth control pill make you have mood swings, bloatedness, fatigue,
etc…? I think the pill is causing all of these issues.

April my c section was an emergency one and suffered the same pain and
discomfort as you, your story was a mirror of mine my son also lost weight
too. My second son was born with no complications vaginally which was a
piece of cake. Thanks for sharing such an intimate experience x

Wow you went through so much. I don’t think I could ever handle that (I am
thinking of adopting). You are an amazing woman and now a mother. I thought
you would go natural as well. I am glad you and Liam are doing well now. I
am 16 and I am about 5-10 pounds away from my normal weight. I used to be
very thin. I am still petite and small but that extra 5 to 10 pounds makes
me look chubby. I am 4’9″ tall and 92 pounds (The weight sounds okay but
for my height, but I do not look fit). I have extra fat on body. I can see
it for example, my arms, legs, and stomach. ):

Oh and if you make a breastfeeding video could you discuss how you
dress/bra/nursing pads for leaking. Just want to get the best solution
because when I’m nursing my son on one side the other side is leaking and I
don’t notice it until my shirt or his blanket is soaked! I haven’t heard
how other women solve that issue!
